Parents/caregivers can only spend up to €150 a month. This limit is set by law, unfortunately, we cannot deviate from it.

Until recently, we didn’t take this into account when paying out, and parents/guardians received their standard amount. This sometimes resulted in more money on the card than they could spend. To prevent this, we will now top up the card to the maximum amount of €150.

For example: If you have €100 on the card and have already spent €20 this month, we can only put €30 on your card. To make the most of your card, we advise you to spend your balance within two weeks.
