    Can I stop the grocery card if I no longer need it?

    If you wish to stop using the grocery card, you can contact the Red Cross Customer Service by phone, Whatsapp or SMS on 097 010 204 851, or at [email protected]. Customer service is available Monday to Friday from 09:00-17:00.
