Why have I not received money on my card?
- Is today a payment day? There is no fixed time when you will receive the money today. It may be added to your card later in the day. Once the money is on your card, you will receive a notification.
- Is it not a payment day? Then this is why you have not received any money. Money is added to your grocery card twice a month. You can find the payment days here: https://schoolmaaltijden.nl/en/betaling/
- Have you just received your grocery card? Then the money for this payment has already been added to it.
- Have you had the card in your possession for a while? Then you have not received money for this payment because there was already €150 on your card this month. A maximum of €150 can be on the card and spent per month. To prevent this from happening again, you need to spend the amount on your card before the 1st of the month.
