Why is my PIN code not working?
First, check if you are entering the correct PIN. You can check your PIN at rodekruis.nl/boodschappenkaart.
Is the PIN correct? Then something else is wrong. Contact our customer service. They can reset your PIN. Your card will work again afterwards. Do not throw away your card!
Note: after 3 incorrect PIN entries, your card will be blocked. Contact our customer service if this happens.
