Why is my grocery card not working?
First, check the following:
- Are you using the card in a supermarket or grocery store? The card only works there.
- Do you have enough money on your card and are you entering the correct PIN? You can check your balance and PIN at rodekruis.nl/boodschappenkaart.
Still not working? Contact our customer service. Do not throw away your card!
Note: after 3 incorrect PIN entries, your card will be blocked. Contact our customer service if this happens.
Customer service is available by phone, WhatsApp, and SMS at 097 010 204 851. We are open Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 17:00.
