What should I do if I have entered my PIN code incorrectly too many times?
If you enter your PIN code incorrectly 3 times, your card will be blocked.
Contact our customer service to reactivate your card.
Customer service is available by phone, WhatsApp, and SMS at 097 010 204 851. We are open Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 17:00.
Your PIN code will remain the same. If you do not remember it, you can request it yourself. Log in at rodekruis.nl/boodschappenkaart.
Important: do not throw away your card!
