Frequently asked questions
What if I don’t have an NCO report for my school?
Almost all regular VO and PO schools have an NCO report. Here you can read how to request your NCO report.
Got to the question: How do I find my school’s NCO report?
If it turns out that your school does not have a report, this may be for one of the following reasons:
- New school or restructuring: your school was new, merged, or split and received a new institution code (formerly BRIN number) at the time of the study.
- No separate branch code: Your school was not registered with a separate branch code on the reference date (for example, due to an i-location, merger, or split).
- Separate locations: The lower and upper school locations of your school have unique branch codes.
- Small number of students: Your school had too few students on the reference date.
- Missing data: Crucial data was missing in the study, such as student data or information about school characteristics.
In some cases, we can make an exception if you can demonstrate that your school meets the selection criteria.
Send an email to [email protected] with:
- An explanation of why your school does not have an NCO report, based on the above reasons.
- Your request to participate in the School Meals programme.
You will receive a response within 2-3 weeks with a decision about your participation possibility.
