The school has informed you that my child (or children) has left the school, but this is not the case. As a result, I have missed out on money. Can I get that money back?
We are not responsible for administrative errors made by your school. Unfortunately, you cannot get your missed money back.
Please report this error to our customer service. They will call the school to correct the error.
