My grocery card is damaged. What should I do?
Do you want a new card? Contact our customer service. We will block your damaged card and send you a new one. This can take a month. In the meantime, you will not be able to use it.
Ou customer service is available by phone, WhatsApp, and SMS at 097 010 204 851 and via [email protected]. We are open Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 17:00.
Note: You can request a new card up to 3 times.
