My grocery card is lost or broken. What should I do?
Don’t worry! Contact our customer service as soon as possible. We will block the card so that no one else can use it. We will send you a new card. This can take a month. In the meantime, you will not be able to use it.
Customer service is available by phone, WhatsApp, and SMS at 097 010 204 851. We are open Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 17:00.
Please note: You can request a new card up to 3 times.
