I got the error message ‘incorrect PIN’. What should I do?
Are you sure you are entering the correct PIN code? You can check your PIN code at rodekruis.nl/boodschappenkaart.
Is your PIN code correct and it still does not work? Contact our customer service. We will help you further. Do not throw away your card!
Note: after 3 incorrect PIN code entries, your card will be blocked. Contact our customer service if this happens.
