I get an error message when I try to activate my card. What should I do?
Check the error message and try the following:
  1. Have you entered the serial number correctly? It is on the back of your card.
  2. Are you trying to activate the card on your phone? Sometimes this does not work. Try it on a tablet, computer, or laptop.
