I cannot log in. What should I do?
Check the following:
- Serial number: Have you entered the correct serial number? This number starts with 606 and is located on the back of your card.
- Passcode: Have you entered the correct passcode? If you’ve forgotten the code, click on ‘I forgot my passcode’ above the login button.
- Device: Are you trying to log in using your phone? Sometimes this may not work properly. Try logging in on a computer, laptop, or tablet instead.
Don’t have another device and still want to check the balance on your card? Please contact our customer service.
